Ben Shuffield - Director, Emerging Leaders

Ben grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. After completing college at the University of Arkansas in 2012, Ben started his career as an Associate for Westrock Group and later spent time as a Quantitative Research Analyst. Ben joined the Downline Team in September 2019 with the goal to inspire, equip, and launch effective disciple-makers who have a desire to affect the world for Christ. Ben is married to Joanna Shuffield and have a baby girl on the way. Ben holds a B.S in Applied Exercise and a Minor in General Business and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
