The program
Emerging Leaders is a 9-month program that equips young adults for a lifetime of discipleship. Come to Fayetteville and equip yourself in Bible & disciple-making, advance in your career by gaining valuable work experience during the program, and enjoy the adventure of following Jesus and making disciples alongside other young leaders.
Downline has shown me what discipleship is, the eternal purpose of discipleship, and allowed me to catch a vision of how God can use my gifts, my effort, and His grace to invest in the lives of others
Isaac HAnnon, Downline NWA EL Class of 2023
I have never been a part of a Christian program full of people so intensely passionate about growing in knowledge of God as Downline students are. It is astounding how students in the class come from all different age groups, churches, and career paths and yet still share a deep commitment to their faith.
Kirstin McGeary, Downline NWA EL Class of 2024
As someone who came to Christ in college, I had no idea what the next step was approaching graduation. I was only taught how to follow Jesus as a student. I loved Downline because it gave me discipleship resources, Bible knowledge, and an amazing community to do life with post-grad!
Ashley Sloan, Downline NWA EL CLASS OF 2024
