The program
Emerging Leaders is a 9-month program that equips young adults for a lifetime of discipleship. Come to Fayetteville and equip yourself in Bible & disciple-making, advance in your career by gaining valuable work experience during the program, and enjoy the adventure of following Jesus and making disciples alongside other young leaders.
Program Overview
Over the course of nine months, you will:
Gather with local Christ-followers for weekly bible & discipleship teaching from some of the best local and national Bible teachers and pastors in the country.
Study approximately 70% of Scripture - starting in Genesis 1 and end in Revelation 22.
Grow in a close-knit community with other Christian young adults.
Receive biblical training on real-world topics such as leadership, missions, marriage, faith & work, the Church, technology, and more.
Learn how to live out your faith and make discipleship a lifestyle as an adult in your workplace, community, church, ministry, and home.
Cost & Commitment
The total cost of the Emerging Leaders Northwest Arkansas program is $1,500.
Downline will work with students to find the most feasible payment plan. We never want the cost to hinder people from receiving this high-level training.

Who should apply for the Emerging Leaders program?
Leaders in their 20s who are wholly devoted to Jesus and passionate about making disciples should apply for the Emerging Leaders program. Qualifications:
Completion or near completion of an undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience.
A passion for making disciples.
Proven character and integrity.
Proven leadership qualities.
Agreement with Downline's Statement of Faith.
Can I work as an Emerging Leader?
Yes. Our desire is that you would be able to receive this transformative discipleship training while gaining valuable work experience and pursing career goals. Most of our Emerging Leaders will work full-time while going through the program.
What does the application process look like?
First, you would complete the online application found here. Then we would schedule an in-person interview (or Zoom if necessary).
Can Emerging Leaders receive seminary credit?
Yes. We offer seminary credit to Dallas Theological Seminary, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. For more information on seminary credit click here.
